EcoRanch Horseback rides
You will discover tipical landscapes of the Itacaré region made of partially cultivated valleys surrounded by nearly untouched portions of the atlantic rainforest (mata atlantica). The trails will pass by small properties of traditional farming with plantations of coconut, banana, pineapple, clove, cocoa, hevea, manioc, and aromatic herbs among others. Other parts will go deeply inside the rainforest and transport you into the wild. You will certainly see a great variety of birds and if you are lucky toucans, monkeys , or a sloth.
All rides start from the ranch after a short briefing on safety rules and key advices for the true beginners. Most riders expect to ride at the three different paces during the trip. Remember that the whole group will align its rythm to the slowest rider. We make our best to build homogeneous group and we ask you to be sincere when you are asked about your level at the time of registration. Once the ride is started priority will be given always to the security so that everybody fully enjoys the ride. We may withdraw somebody from a group if necessary.
